General Rules

• Staff members have the final call on rule enforcement!
• Any form of bigoted behavior is strictly forbidden!
• No Spawnkilling/Spawncamping!
• Please avoid asking the staff about personal issues on the roleplay server, if you need any help, ask in #roleplay_help at the silly server Discord!
• Our AFK kicker makes sure that players who idle more than a half hour will be automatically kicked. Trying to trick the AFK kicker will result in a ban!
• Disconnect/retry to gain advantages in gameplay is not allowed!
• Don't annoy the Cops about getting out of jail early!
• Any form of NSFW content such as sprays/objectors are STRICTLY forbidden, this also applies to ERP.
• Don't annoy the staff with questions or requests to do things for you, the staff are just players too that want to play!
• Don't excessively spawn props/furniture on the public streets, staff may remove any entities that are laying outside your own house/apartment!
• Don't excessively spawn/drop items on the map (like 1 x cookies all the time), Root-Admins will will check the logs for excessive item-spawn!
• Don't jump on places, that aren't meant to be accessible (behind the map, not visible from roads/trails, invisible floors, ...)
• Any form of hacking/cheating will result in a permanent ban!
• Glitching, exploiting or abusing mechanics on the server is prohibited and will result in a ban!
  • Abusing bugs and glitches involving the servers items or vitual currency will result in an account reset or a ban!
  • Propflying turned out to be fun and is considered a feature
• Any attempts to lag or crash the server will result in a permanent ban!

Police Rules

• As a cop you are expected to treat all players equally! That means that you are not allowed to turn a blind eye toward your friends or try to make gameplay more difficult for your enemies, abusing this will result in losing your cop status and even a ban!
• The minimum wage requirement to apply for the cop rank is currently set at Wage 15. If you meet the requirement you may apply in #roleplay_police_applications. Applying does not guarantee that you will be accepted, the staff will pick those who we deem fit for the job! Please read more in our Discord server
• Donors will automatically have their cop ranks set for as long as their donor rank lasts. Being a donor does not mean that you are immune to the first cop rule.
• Use minimal force if possible, try hunting down and cuffing criminals rather than attacking them. You may attack a wanted criminal if they're actively fighting you.

• If you are offline for longer than 90days (3months) (this will only apply for regular cops, not donors)
• If you get 4 or more bans.
• If you abuse your cop status.

• No shooting at citizens withouth a valid reason.
• Cops are not allowed to sell weapons to citizens!
• Try to avoid having civilians enter through the restricted areas in the PD! A civilian that is caught within the restricted areas may be sent to jail!
• Do not AFK as cop! 3 or 4 minutes are fine, if you have a little steam chat conversation, but not longer!
