This is not an exhaustive list, keep in mind that you can alsways use sm_help in the console to check for all commands available to you.
To reduce the number of things you have to bind to key, screaming MEDIC is equal to pressing +use.
You can also pick up weapons from the ground with +use or +use_action_slot_item (default H);
Drag props around with your hands and +attack2 (default RMB);
Bring up an interaction menu with other players and interact with NPCs (+use);
Steal NPCs money (+attack3 ; +crouch and +use) if cops are online.
